To promote road safety and to encourage children to be brighter during the darker days.

The children designed or made a ‘bright bag’ to help them be seen. They either added bright and reflective materials to a bag they already had, or they drew a design of a bright bag.

Brighten your bag is a creative activity that makes us more visible, and therefore safer, during the darker winter months. By decorating your bags with reflective materials, you can be seen more clearly by pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers on your journeys to and from school.
