This was a fabulous cross-curricular topic, with a focus here on English, History and Art. 

The Year 2 children were truly immersed in life in London in 1666, which built on the work they had completed on "London Now". They enjoyed a boat trip along the River Thames at the start of the topic, and The Great Fire of London workshop in school. What inspirational experiences - as you can see from what they said and produced.
